Frequently Asked Questions

1. What are your Postage and Packing costs?

There is no charge for all UK orders (not trade accounts) with a value of £30 or more.  For smaller orders we charge £3.50 for 1st class delivery.  If you require guaranteed next day delivery we charge £6.00 for all UK mainland deliveries.  Please call for charges for delivery of orders outside UK mainland

2. How are goods sent?

All UK deliveries weighing less than 1kg are sent by 1st Class Post.  Heavier orders are delivered by our courier.

3. What is your standard delivery time?

We will do our best to get your order out as soon as possible, however please do allow 5 - 7 working days for orders to be sent for standard items in stock. If for any unforeseen reasons there is a delay, we will contact you.

4. If the product I want is out of stock what can I do?

If the item shown is currently out of stock, we will contact you and let you know  when it will be ready to send.

5. How do I contact Vagabond Bags?

If you have an enquiry relating to Internet orders, or about the Internet site, or anything else then please email us at: sales@vagabondbags.co.uk, or call us on 01793 513297 (9.00am - 5pm Monday to Friday) and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.

 6. Can I pay by cheque?

Yes call us or send us an email indicating which product/s you wish to order. The order will be processed and once we receive your cheque and the payment is cleared we will send out your goods. Please make all cheques out to Vagabond Bags Ltd and post to us at Bramble Close, Swindon, SN2 8DW.

7. When will my account be debited?

We charge your card as the order is despatched.

8. How will I know my order has been received?

Once you have placed your order, an automatic order confirmation will be sent to the email address given. Please keep this email safe, as it will contain your order reference number and other important details.

9. Defective goods

All Vagabond products are guaranteed against defective materials and workmanship.  If you receive goods which are damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving them and we will refund your full payment or replace the goods free of charge.

10. Can you gift wrap?

We can gift wrap on your behalf and send directly to the recipient together with a personal message.  There is a charge of £2.50 per item.  Simply specify gift wrap against the item when ordering.

11. Refunds and Cancellation

If you wish to cancel and return your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will refund your full payment. Please note that you will be responsible for the return postage costs unless we delivered the items to you in error or if the item is damaged or defective. Please contact us before returning any goods.
